RBS cannot be trusted

Hi guys,
This RBS took control of ABN AMRO this year. I can assure you that they are the worst and most stupid bank in this world. Last month I made early redemption of the 3 years loan with them. I know there is a penalty of $150. But this month they called me up saying they got no knowledge of my early redemption and made me pay beside the penalty but also another instalment, which is $330. This is no different from blackmail.
I was so angry that I not only terminate this moneyline account but also the 2 Masters cards. They have lost a good chance of earning another cent from me. Next time please be careful who you deal with!
